On August 10, 2007, Mr. Damrong Kraikruan, Charge d’Affaires a.i. of Thailand to the United States of America welcomed 3 Thai teachers who took part in the 2007 Summer school at Wat Thai Washington, DC, at the Royal Thai Embassy.

On August 6, 2007, Mr. Damrong Kraikruan, Charge d’Affaires a.i. of Thailand to the United States of America welcomed 15 Thai students who joined the 2007 American Field Service, the Youth Exchange and Study Program at the Royal Thai Embassy, Washington, D.C.

H.E. Ambassador Krit Garnjana-Goonchorn presented his credentials to the Honorable George W. Bush, President of the United States of America at the White House on July 25, 2007.

On July 21, 2007, H.E. Mr. Krit Garnjana-Goonchorn, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America delivered the Opening Remarks at the 4th Asian Festival, at the Lake Newport, Reston, Virginia.

On June 27, 2007, H.E. Mr. Krit Garnjana-Goonchorn, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America delivered the Opening Remarks at the 2007 Smithsonian Folklife Festival: “Mekong River: Connecting Cultures” at the National Mall, the Smithsonian Institute, Washington, D.C.

On May 18, 2007, H. E. Mr. Krit Garnjana-Goonchorn, Ambassador of Thailand to the United States of America and wife hosted a dinner in honor of Mr. Apirak Kosayodhin, Governor of Bangkok and party at the Thai Ambassador’s residence, Washington, D.C.

On April 26, 2007, H.E. Mr. Krit Garnjana- Goonchorn , Ambassador - designate of Thailand to the United States of America presented a copy the letter of credence and a copy of the letter of recall to Deputy Assistant Secretary John Negroponte at Department of State, Washington, D.C.

On April 17, 2007, at 15.00 hrs. ASEAN Ambassadors welcomed H.E. Mr. Krit Garnjana-Goonchorn, Ambassador - designate of Thailand at the Ambassador's residence, 2145 Decatur Place, Washington, D.C.

On Monday 9th, April 2007, the Royal Thai Embassy hosted a welcoming reception for Cherry Blossom Princesses of 2007 at the Royal Thai Embassy, 1024 Wisconsin Avenue, Washington, D.C.
