The Symphony Space is organizing a concert: “Irish Musicians for the Mercy Centre” on October 12th, 2008 at 8:00 pm at Peter Norton Symphony Space, 2537 Broadway at 95th Street, New York. Part of the proceeds from ticket sales will be contributed to the Mercy Centre in Bangkok, which is a centre dedicated to helping schools operate, improving family health and welfare, protecting children's rights, combating the AIDS crisis, responding to daily emergencies, and offers shelter to orphans, children with no homes, and to children and adults with AIDS.
